We will also hear why MSP made the London Olympics in 2012 such a great and successful event.
MSP (Managing Successful Programmes) is a best practice programme management framework designed to align programmes and projects to corporate strategy. MSP focuses on the delivery of outcomes and benefits, whilst mitigating risks and actively engaging stakeholders.
